Default optimising battery for P910i ?

Hi

Just wondered... on some devices you dont get the full performance from a
battery until its been thru a few full charge/full discharge cycles. Does
this apply to the battery in the 910i?

When the battery is low, does the P910 have a built in power save mode which
throttles back the processor to reduce power consumption?

I got my P910 a week ago. I dont know if mine is faulty but it has been
prone to running very slow (when switching from one app to another,
attempting to play back any media files sometimes just doest happen), it
frequently locked up/crashed/ground to a halt and end most things with
"Program Closed Reason Code ViewSrv". The only thing common to all this is
that the battery was at approx 15% charge or lower.

However having given it a full recharge overnight, so far this morning its
working fine.

Any thoughts...?

TIA

Ian.
