Programs for T230

Hi, I'm quite new to new mobile phones (now that comes as a surprise),
adn was wondering wether it's possible to program little utilities for
the T230. You know, a little program that lets me jot down a few
things, does a few simple calculations with my data... That kind of
thing.
I suppose I could use this mophun thing they use for games, but this
is really overkill for what I want to do.
Any hints?
