Default Multiple Bluetooth Headphones

Is it possible to run 2 sets of bluetooth headphones on a laptop at
the same time??? My wife and I will be on a flight and would like to
watch a movie on my laptop. I am tired of using 2 sets of wired
headphone connected to a splitter and would like to buy 2 sets of
Bluetooth headphones.

Is this feasable????

Is it legal? I have heard some say Bluetooth is allowed by some
airlines, but checking the websites of major airlines makes me think
this is a myth and is infact still illegal.
