Default Nokia chargers

Nokia HDW-2 Bluetooth headset
Specifically states in the manual, that it must only be charged using an
ACP-8, ACP-9 or ACP-12 charger.
The Nokia SU-1B Digital pen manual says only to use ACP-8 ACP-12, and LCH-12
Anyone know why. In what way are these chargers different to other Nokia
chargers?
TIA.
Mike.

These are fast chargers, for modern models.
ACP7 might work (but it will charge SLOWER).
Anything older, outputs too much voltage.
