Bluetooth headset

I have a Bluetooth headphone and microphone which I use to speak to my
PC via the mic. It responds via the headset (single) which is good.
However, I want it sometime to respond via the PC speakers. When I set
XP up to have recording via bluetooth and playback via sound card it
doesn't work - just goes on sending to the headset. How can I get
playback via the speakers?
