Please help - Bluetooth programming

Hiya! I am new over here. I am in my 4th year of undergraduate course right now, doing a project related to Bluetooth. In my project, I need to build a ECG sensor that transmits the ECG information over a Bluetooth Link. At the other end, a Bluetooth-enabled PDA is used to receive the ECG information sent by the sensor. The sensor will be connected to a Ericsson Bluetooth module.

I am in dilemma in choosing the programming language for receiving the ECG information via Bluetooth link. Can anyone help me with this? Please note that the application program is going to be stored in a PDA (IPAQ h1945).
